We are excited to announce the next TVCGCoop Garden Tour/Meeting is going to be happening Saturday 6/27 10am to noon at the Meridian Coop Garden!

This is exciting, because it is one of the most amazing community gardens I've been to! They are in Kleiner park on city property and the 30 families that tend the garden have worked hard to keep everything to the high standards of the city. Not only do they keep things pert near weed free and beautiful, they also produce an amazing amount of vegetables! Thousands of pounds, mainly donated to the local food bank, that they keep track of the weight on a board up front you can watch the poundage tick up throughout the year.

They have done such a phenomenal job they got to expand in the last couple of years and have added an expansion of fruit trees and a pollinator teaching garden that I have been dying to see!
